That's just what I did this week, cherry red. 🙂
I use a top coat and top it up nearly every work morning, after filling in chips and rub-offs at the edges with the original colour. That way, one manicure can easily last the entire week. Top coat does make a huge difference!

I got gel nails this week in screaming pink on one hand and bright blue on the other. I never want normal nail varnish again!! (neither of them match my hair haha)
