A bit of an odd question, I have it mildly on my little toes and it's driving me insane ! Do any of you have any tips for dealing with the pain?

Ha
And that was a poem!

With me, just keeping the area warm and keeping it out of the cold. It seems like if you try and warm up quickly (water bottles, putting the area next to the fireplace, etc) from being cold makes it happen moreso than gradually warming up. I usually take an anti inflammatory like Motrin or something too which helps with the swelling and pain.

Thanks katie! I followed your advice and it seems much better. The swelling has gone down a lot too so hopefully it's going!

Yay, I'm glad I could help! Just try to keep it out of the cold the best you can + if you do try wearing some furry lined boots and fuzzy socks + warm up gradually πŸ™‚

I know it hurts, it sucks! Sometimes some very gentle massage helps, like just rotating your toes or ankle in a circle and bending them back and forth - just to keep the circulation up a bit. Just don't be forceful with it or anything, just really gentle
