My fitness pal! I'm gonna sound like someone who works for the site with this but OH MY GOD!
I never really think of webistes and calorie trackers as something that would work but oh my days it does!
i've been struggling geting these last lbs off me, and this is helping so much by keeping me on a good strict calorie count.
Does anyone else use it? I loveeee it!
I think this is what my sister used and she lost a stone from Christmas to end of Feb.
I really wish I had the will power haha I suppose if I had someone else to do it with I'd do a lot better
My step dads lost almost 5 stone using his! I use it every now and then to gage how much I'm eating.
Love it! I used it religiously last summer and did quite well. I put some back on at christmas which i'm struggling to lose now. Only 5 months till my 30th and i want to lose about 24lbs before then!
Can i add you? Only one of my friends is still using it so would be good to have some more encouragement

I used this last year to gain weight, it really helped me figure out how to plan my meals and eat enough calories π
I somewhat used mine in for a while, but totally stopped updating when all the foods werent pre-packaged ingredients so it took too much effort to keep up with and calculating π
Forever fat anyway, just figured its a nice way to stop binge snacking.
Totally just put in what I've eaten today to try and shock me into being healthier and that it has done! I'm going to think of this greggs I just demolished as a 'goodbye greggs' meal. And eat a plate of broccoli for dinner π
The only bad thing about this is I tried to see how much I burnt at trampolining last night and that's not on the exercise list π
I used to use Livestrong for this, these sort of things are brilliant for keeping track of what exactly you're eating/drinking.
Another great tool I've found is fitocracy! www.fitocracy.com. You log your workouts and get points dependent on intensity and level up, plus it's got a social networking aspect. I'm ghoulbritannia on it π
