I'm getting my kit and my trays on Tues (they are moulded to my own teeth shape) and I wondered if people had good results. Its not gonna be cheap! ๐ฎ
Yeah! Really recommend it. Your teeth can get a wee bit sensitive for a couple days so get some sensitive toothpaste. I've been doing this for years (love coffee and red wine too much)
I do a 'top up' every 6 months or so.
Ive had a toughday with the sensitivity, this is day two so i think i will give it a rest a day or two ๐ ouch!
๐ Colgate pro sensitive will sort it. I generally only do 3 days in a row and then have a rest.
What type of gel are you using? I use a 30 min a day - my dentist says it's a bit kinder to your teeth. I think of it like a bleach bath compared with full bleach!
Good luck with it!
A good way I've found to maintain a bit of whiteness (as I like tea, and red wine too!) is to brush with a bit of bicarb every so often, with toothpaste or without.
I used to do that as a kid all the time before I heard of toothpaste made with Arm & Hammer, and I always find it's a cheap way to help prevent lots of staining.
I recently bought this toothpaste + after just the first brush it looks like I did an actual whitening treatment! I have never had such a change simply from using a different toothpaste, I am very impressed! It may be something to look into to use during the months between your visits ๐

a family friend has had hers done. But she spent over a grand on them.
So it sounds like a good deal based simply on the grand.
But, she doesnt drink wine or coffee anymore.
That to me would be quite a sacrifice!
