Okay everyone knows my hair "situation". Should I spend 20 dollars and get it? So I shampoo, and apply this for 5 mins only? Do I have to condition it after I wash it out? How often should I use it? Sounds promising...

Yus! You need to deep condition afterwards as protein is very drying for hair, and you can leave it in longer if you want, 5 mins is like the minimum time, people have been known to leave it in overnight!
And I'd use it every couple of washes until your hair feels healthy again and then once a week/every two weeks depending on how your hair's feeling πŸ™‚

Thanks! Deep condition, do you mean it's okay to use one with cones like Aussie 3 min miracle?
It was sold out on that link πŸ™ but I see it at my drugstore online

Again, using products with cones simply means that the silicone parts of the conditioner are filling your hair and making it FEEL healthy although it is still damaged. This is true of any product with cones.

kpak reconstructor is perfect for what you need, it packs your hair with protein which will help to repair the damage you have done. Get a haircut and find a good silicone free conditioner to use with the kpak. That's all you need to do.

Is this just as good if you purchase it online at ebay or somewhere like that, I always get suspicious if it says "must be sold in salon only" !

πŸ™‚ this sounds very good I must try and post results on here since one use can work wonders
Thank you for this review

I always buy mine from amazon and it's the real stuff!  A lot of salons sell their extra stock online.

Wonderful! I cannot wait to get this I found it for cheap price! This does not have anything that can make my hair icky and sticky right? My hair is a bit sensitive to products is why I use organic kind

mines never felt sticky after. protein is drying, so you'll need to conditon, which may leave you iky if you are too heavy handed =)

Walmart, Shoppers and Dominion sell it here, that`s in Canada. I bought a spray kind as well, it says reconstructor and to spray it in when damp and not to rinse out. Hmmm!

I have a product recommendation!!!! It's a heat protection spray but it leaves my hair sooooooo soft and silky, it doesn't tangle, it's low cost and it's called - Franck Provost Expert protection 180c I live in Spain and get it from my local perfumeria. I am sure it's available in other places too. 300ml was about 6 euros. It's not a repair product but it feels like it!

Does this fade hair color? I have noticed the one I am using turned the last few inches a muddy orange color πŸ™ no good! If it is no trouble can someone kindly recommend me a heat protectant spray that does not fade hair color as much and does not contain cones?
It is weird before when I would not use a heat spray that my red would never fade but now that I've been using one for a while it does! πŸ™ But I want to use one for sure πŸ™‚
Thank you πŸ™‚

I have used the k pack a couple times, I do not prefer the smell, reminds me of some kind of banana medicine :p but I do love the results πŸ˜€

^^^ Do you use the heat protector spray to straighten/curl?  Hot irons or tongs fade colour when frequently used as well as cause damage to the hair that can cause colour to leech out more.

I do! I use a spray that smells like candy but it completely fades my hair πŸ™ when I used to not use any spray I noticed my color would not fade at all but when I use it it does! I do not fully flat iron my hair much at all anymore because it doesn't need to get damaged. But when I do to smoothe the waves down and run it over a little on a low setting the spray still fades my color. It is weird! I only use it on my ends but they turned an orange color so that is no good!  But I mainly am wearing it in a pony so I won't flat iron or need to..I have so much new growth just from those vitamins though πŸ™‚

Has anyone here tried the RedKen Extreme Rescue Force? I'm considering getting K-Pak, but if it's not much better than what I have now...
