I bought this from Boots when I fried the ends of my hair and they were all fizzy and hard to tame. It certainly made my hair softer and easier to manage.
A 150ml tube is £4.99 but you don't need much. Some reviewers have complained that it made their hair greasy. If your hair is very dry I'd say it would be fine to put it all over but if you have greasy/combination hair or hair that is mostly damaged at the ends then I'd avoid putting it on the roots.

It might make a difference if you have very fine hair too. My mother and my daughter can't use conditioners at all because even the slightest residue makes their hair look and feel extremely greasy.

That's true- my hair is fine but I have a lot of if that makes sense and it gets easily weighed down so I never condition my roots.

Yeah I know what you mean. Some hair just can't take conditioner. I'm lucky I can throw anything at my head. 🙂

i have a tube of this stuff ive hardly used it. the only times i have used it is when ive frazzled my hair (bleach or over drying) and it helped tame the ends for a while. i wouldnt buy it again for the price i dont think.
