I am sooo disappointed today 🙁 I ordred some aussie miracle moist shampoo and conditioner, there are mixed reviews about aussie products but I thought I'd give it a go.
As I live in france I bought some on a website called semi-chem and received my order this morning. The box was completely torn on one side, which is no wonder as there was only one piece of celotape holding the hole thing together. I'd also bought some makeup but they must of slipped out of the hole in the box. I feel so cheated by this company. They badly packaged my items and because of this half the items I have payed for have fallen out, there is no phone number on the website but I have sent an email. Somehow I bet I will never be reimbursed or get my makeup. beware of this website!
To top it off I think that the aussie products smells awful, a bit like melted plastic and dare use it on my hair.

Wow, that's disgusting. I really hope you do get your products back or a refund, that's really shoddy service 🙁
As for the Aussie products, I used to use those particular ones and found them to be really nice. They did have a rather odd smell, kind of "crunchy" if that makes sense? But I didn't mind this, gave them a go and was really pleased with them 🙂
