Schwarzkopf XXL Max Blond 00B

WOW!

I had to write a review for this as even though ive used it before, i've never had such a great result from it!!

The first time i used it was after i used bleach, and absolute platinium, had roots and so had to redye them and used the XXL max blond. Which worked really well as my natural colour is a light brown. πŸ™‚

This time, however i wanted to go from blue black (another xxl colour!) to light blonde to put Directions Violet on it. So i went straight ahead and put the xxl max blond straight onto my hair without using colour B4, or bleach and my hair after the full 45 minutes turned a light blonde with light ginger ''highlights'', the ginger wasnt brassy either! I was so glad i didnt have to bleach it!! The purple went straight on top and is really bright!  ;D

I definately would recommend this!!  8)

Awesome, I'm a big fan of the Schwarzkopf blonding kits, they're really good.

I also recommend the max one, it was great over my natural dark brown and over permanent brown it just went a little yellow/pale orange. It was also easier to use than bleach in my opinion

I usually use the platinum, but they were all out at Asda last night (they're on offer for Β£4/box), so I had to get the Max Blonde.

I have high hopes for it, though, given my previous results with Platinum and this review!

Used this to touch up my med-brown roots on my white blonde hair, left it in for the maximum amount of time and they still wound up gingery =/ not all that impressed tbh.

@mrjoiee im surprised to be honest.. if it lifted out my black i dont know why it didnt work on your roots :/ Squishy000 has done a hair tutorial on bleaching root re-growth which might help for next time... hmm kinda sucks yours didnt go so well.. good luck for next time! πŸ™‚

I used the platinum one last night on my roots, and it took my naturally very dark part Indian hair to very pale yellow in 35 minutes, which i thought was pretty awesome! Normally other bleaches I've used take it to yellow but require loads of toning. will be using this brand from now on! now just to apply my silvering shampoo and it'll be back to platinum blonde for me πŸ˜€

yeahh! It was awesome!! AND it was XXL!! and not faded at all! i was very impressed considering most bleaches usually turns my hair a patchy orange and still has black bits in it!! πŸ™‚
