Schwartzkopf BLONDME claims to lift 9 levels, which I agree to be true. However I have received chemical burns from this bleach twice, both times using coconut oil. I have tried it with both the brand specific developer and a generic developer, and the result was the same. I do not bleach excessively or leave it on for any longer than strictly necessary . This bleach also gave my friend chemical burns and another severe scalp irritation. It is very very strong and particularly noxious.

Its awful stuff - i find Goldwell Oxycur Platin bleach with a generic developer is fab - very fast, clean lift with 6vol, and it doesnt burn the scalp 🙂
