So I was just flicking through the Avon catalogue and came across their Advanced techniques damage repair range. Now they say ' helps repair 3 years of hair damage (caused by brushing, bleaching and heat styling) in just 3 days!'
That's one heck of a bold claim so iv googled reviews for the products and shockingly they've all said how amazing the products are, most said that their hair had never felt so good, it was really manageable, looked and smelt fab etc
Thought I would ask if you had tried it or personal opinions.
It is also dirt cheap too which always helps!!

I got given some avon advanced techniques damage repair heat treatment. I can't say I really noticed much of a difference with it but I did apply it for the recommended time, it may have worked better if I'd left it a bit.

I just used this on my hair for the first time and I must say im really impressed! I bought the shampoo, conditioner and the 3D rescue leave in treatment, my hair already feels loads better! It actually swishes now where it just hung there all dry and stiff before. Not sure it'll make it completly back to healthy in 3 days ( seeing as i wash my hair every three days!) but i do think it will greatly help the condition, im amazed after one use so im gonna keep going and see how it goes!! One down side is that the smell of conditioner has a hint of stale fags to it, not nice, so I put on some alberto balsam afterwards to mask the smell!
