i got my hair cut almost two weeks ago now, i went to my usual place, but my hairdresser was in goa, instead of waiting two weeks for her return i went to the new girl (my hairdreser usually gets really good stylists) so i told her how i wanted shoulder length, with layers, something i can just scrunch and go, as im working at music festivals over summer, so washing hair and time are a luxury. i told her how my hair also expands to 4x the size once dry. so she started cutting away and i ended up with just below chin length, VERY layered hair(the shortest layer is at the top of my ears) and it just kept expanding after i left, whatever stuff she did put in my hair made it greasy. so i've been on the look out for stuff to make my style look ok, until it grows another inch, thankfully mine grows quickly.
so i thought i'd try the charles worthington products.i brought from the 'front row' line. the first is the sea salt spray, which i haven't used yet as i thnk my layers will need to be a bit longer, and the second is the straightening cream.
the straightening cream is amazing!!! my hair isn't a fluff ball like it usually is! i have to use loads of serum to not get frizz, but only had 1 pump of this cream and my hair is frizz free enou to wash, dry and go. this is a first for me! so i give it 5*'s! amazing and totally woth a fiver

First off - had a little trouble reading pale pink on white, I gotta wear glasses as it is! LOL!
As for Charles Worthington I used to swear by that stuff! When I had normal hair I used all te shampoo's, conditioners, sprays, you name it! Like with any brand I would change after using up two bottles as hair can become "immune" to a certain brand over time but I always went back to CW. I would usually switch between CW and VO5, occasionally trying something new here and there.
Btw, CW is the only shampoo that I ever found that dealt with hair like mine - dry at the ends, greasy roots. Otherwise known as "combination hair". Most shampoo's only deal with dryness OR greasyness. CW worked beautifully on mine and evened it out.

yeah im really happy with the products. im to scared to use any shampoo that ins't the natural one fomr boots, as my hair doesn't hold onto colour so well =( so stuff that makes my hair pretty with less washing is a god send!

My mother's hair is extremely wispy, like baby hair and it's incredibly flyaway. One night she found herself stranded at my house so she stayed over and the next morning she took a shower and washed her hair with my CW shampoo. She can't use conditioner because it weighs her hair down and flattens it but she used my CW styling gel (in a blue can with a nozzle, can't remember the actual name of it). It was the first time she had found a styling product that wasn't sticky and didn't make her hair all rough, like mousse has a tendancy to do. That was years ago and to this day you'll see the blue CW styling gel in her bathroom. If they ever stopped making it I swear she'd sue them!
I would say to you just to look at the CW bottles and find the right shampoo for your type of hair and go for it, what's it gonna cost? The price of a couple of bottles? I think it's worth a go, seriously I'd recommend CW to anyone, just check the labels for your hair type.

I swear by Charles Worthington no frizz relax and unwind cream. Leaves my hair soft and smooth without being greasy even on short hair! It is a miracle worker.

I tried Charles Worthington No Frizz Flawless Finishing Cream, and I thought it was sh*te!
It left my hair feeling disgusting and sticky, kinda like when you have bleached and straightened it too much and the ends get stuck together.
I had to wash my hair again to get the stuff out 🙁

Eew! I used to swear by CW stuff. My mother uses it like it's going out of fashion, don't think she's tried the no frizz though.

I didn't really look at it that carefully when I bought it to be honest, I was in Asda with my Dad and he was starting to look really bored! I will stick to what I know is good for my hair - Aussie and Frizz-ease 🙂
