I have been thinking about using Daddy-o. I might go see if they have the smallest bottles near me for a try.
Has anyone here tried the shampoo called BIG from Lush?
http://www.lushusa.com/shop/products/hair/bottled-shampoos/big
It's said to be very good, but it has Sodium Laureth Sulfate in it, which I recall being bad?
Any reviews would be appreciated! :3
i haven't heard of it, but SLS in the anti christ
Dont think is is worth trying.....though I have not checked it out myself. It was reviewed by my friend and she didnt quite like it.

i like Seanik for cleansing and Ultimate Shine for a general shampoo.
best thing is the non leakage factor with these!

I've used BIG a few times...it's a wonderful shampoo if you want volumous and soft hair. It strips colour very well though as it's got a ton of citrus oils and salt in it! But it feels lovely, lathers tons with just a tiny bit and it smells so fresh! I really like it, but my hair dye doesn't!
I use the Ultimate Shine solid shampoo now as it doesn't strip colour and it makes my hair clean and soft.
New shampoo is loooovely! Smells of cinnamon and peppermint and is gorgeous! But not sure if it was fading my colour, I think it did...
Trichomania was my favourite but it's now gone into Retro and can only be bought online...boo!
Im a total lush devotee, however cant comment since bleaching my hair, but usually use, Jumping Juniper solid shampoo, this last me for ever, and i have really long hair, sorts out the greasy roots, and leaves it really clean after only one wash.. Jungle conditioner, some may not like the smell but i love it.. It's strange because when you first put it on your hair it feels as though it's not doing anything, wait until your hair is dry though, wow, soft managable, gets rid of my knots.. love it.. and again last for ever!!
Ooo I just love love LOVE American cream conditioner!! my hair always feels so soft and smells amazing when i use it! Another one nobody has mentioned is Marilyn i used to use it when my hair was blonde! I found it was really conditioning and slightly brightened my hair with every use! :]
Lush Happy Hippy is another great citris shampoo for stripping colour.
My next payday is friday and I'm going to get some American Dream Conditioner and Ultimate Shine Shampoo Bar after reading reviews π
I usually love Lush stuff but the latest conditioner I got recommended to buy instore for my hair (which mats easily π ) has been awful. I think it's Retread. It's leeching all the colour from my hair and never washes out properly, so leaves my hair feeling all icky and sticky.
Aww I love retread! I'm a tad biased as I work for Lush but I always use American Cream conditioner, it smells amazing and does a good job on my dry hair π
Have used Big shampoo in the past too (before the days of bright hair) it was lovely, hair was shiny and felt really clean, but it would definitely do a number on semi-perm dyes π
I tried a lot of that stuff.
What I liked and smelled good: Curly Wurly, American Cream, Rehab, Trichomania, Gentil Lentil, Hasuan Wen Hua, Okra, Coolaulin
What my hair liked, but I could not stand to smell: Godiva
What did not work: Hair doctor, Retread, New, Ice Blue, Reincarnate, Seanik, Hard
That stuff mainly did not work, because it dried out my hair or was not conditioning enough.
Brought a block of Trichomania, it made my hair feel really weird. Very dry and I found I needed alot of conditioner afterwards. But it smelt nommy π
I might give the american cream a try, seeing as everyone seems to love it!
I love the scents of the lush products, i tested almost all of them, but they never really worked for my hair. i prefer the alverde products that sadly can only be found in Germany by DM, a vegan natural products line. And it's wayyy cheaper than lush in France.
