JoBaz Hair Colour Remover - Max Strength

So last night I bleach bathed my hair from this:

to this:

After doing so I realised I had A LOT of dye build up on my hair. Rather than waiting a week to bleach bath again (I couldnt live with the colour, it was gross!) I decided to go and get a colour remover.
I decided that the Colour B4 was too pricey for me at the moment (about ยฃ12), so I went to Savers and found this for ยฃ5.99:

Decided it was worth a shot!

The process is totally the same as Colour B4, lots of scrubbing, you can let it develop upto an hour etc...and it did have a faint eggy smell, nothing too dramatic though.
I also found as this product has a good consistency, it was easy to work into the hair ensuring it was all covered.

After 40 mins I followed the washing instructions and then some, and I was left with this:

I was much happier with this colour as a base, as it is much more even and a lot lighter which was nearer to what  I wanted for the application of Directions Cerise.

oh and it made the god foresaken atomic pink this colour! sooo it faded it a bit:

Over all I think the product is AWESOME for ยฃ5.99! They are basically a cheap copy of the Colour b4 brand, but one that works. I noticed they had other similar products in their range too, which were a good price!

The first 2 pics.. I love the color!!
I might get my bum to savers rather then spend ยฃ10+ on color b4

Wow your hair looks so healthy and shiny! If I was sure my hair would stay healthy like that I would go bleach it right now! *Very scared of hair damage*

Any tips on things you do to keep it so pretty? ๐Ÿ™‚

awww bless i think it looks rank here hahaha! wellll my hair is naturally quite shiny, but I do use a lot of heat protecting serums. Boots do a good serum
http://www.boots.com/en/Boots-Expert-Heat-Protection-Taming-Serum_34406/
its quite thick like a gel, rather than watery like some serums. errrm thats about it really :S ill post other things on here if I remember haha! A blast of cold air on your hair makes it shiny too as it closes the hair shaft...i think lol

And do you have naturally dark hair? If so, did you bleach it or did a bleach bath to get it as light as that? Thank you for responding ๐Ÿ˜€

yeah its nearly black naturally which is a right nightmare for bright colours! I alternate from black and red which isn't great for the condition of my hair. The first time I went bright I just bleached it all, it went basically white and then I put red on and it looked very jazzy. After that I just kept bleaching it all when I needed to redo it :S! I didn't know about bleach baths etc then, so now I just do them to lighten it. At the mo I'm going from faded black to cerise, I'm halfway through. My plan issss...fade my current hair dye with stripping/clarifying shampoos, colour b4, then bleach bath, then add directions cerise...and repeat every 3 weeks or so! When I strip my hair I think its a good time to use a nice moisturising shampoo to help rebuild its condition.

I hope it's ok to bump this ask what colour you have used in the first pic. Is it atomic pink all over on different bases or have you used a couple of different shades?

I am dearly coveting the darker shade, how did you get such gloriousness?

(And the shine, gods, the shine! I have jealous oozing from every pore :D)

hahaha awwww! I have actually no idea what colour it is ๐Ÿ™ it was a little while ago, the ap was under my fringe mainly. I think it was cerise over quite a dark base ๐Ÿ™‚

Aww bum! Thank you anyway ๐Ÿ™‚

I'm the same mind, I get random bods stopping me in the street asking what colour I use and I never have a clue, it's always a forgotten random combination of all sorts of brands and colours ;D

I'm inspired to put a cerise wash over my red now, yum yum.
