If you want an alternative to the joico k-pak stuff, there is a reconstructor you can get from tkmaxx for 5.99 pounds which is 'bed head dumb blonde reconstructor' it can be used on any hair colour it states it on the back since I started using it when I was a red head XD.
Apply the dumb blonde reconstructor on your hair leave it on for three hours minimum or more if prefered, after wash out with cold water and make sure the stuff is washed off.
You can then begin to apply a normal conditioner (I used John Freida Frizz Ease Smooth Down conditioner) left it on for fiteen minutes, let my hair air dry and my hair felt like bleach hadn't ever touched it!
Bear in mind I bleached bathed my hair with 30 vol peroxide and have done so about four times so far in the past month 🙂 try it!

Tried this the other day, can't say I'm too impressed with it, although I do love the smell. Gonna give it another bash though, might leave it in overnight and see if that helps, but then again, it might just be my hair as a lot of people swear by Aussie stuff and that doesn't work on my hair; to each their own I suppose!!
