I know im a bit late with this discussion, but just wanted to say thanks for posting it up, and for all of the pictures too. My hair has fianally gotten long enough to do something with, and I have been using the trusty rollers and hood dryer. lol... Its not great, but its a change from my usual poker straight style. I was wondering about getting somthing like the old Molten Brown curlers or bendy wands... (yeah, I know, I'm old, right...)
But glad to see that there is something new to try on the styling market.
Just have to work out the best sizes to go for *edit (and how many packs for a full head) with styling a layered shoulder skimming bob?
Any suggestions?
Cheers Guys!

I have a pack of the long medium curl (I think they're calling them spiral curl size now) which has 40 in, and then a pack of short ones for the nape. I have a lot of hair and that's exactly the right amount for me.
I used to use molton browners too, these are a lot better as the hair dries faster.
Thanks janineb,
I've spent the time since posting here educating myself about this product via youtube. *thx*
I am pretty sure I want to give them a go. I have a salon card so might take some time next week to stop buy and have a browse. See if the new size descriptions make any sense to me. *stars*
I really like the idea that you could buy long or extra long curlformers in anticipation of growing your hair, and it makes no difference to the size of the curl made on shorter hair. (I hope that makes sense) Im guesssing it is the narrow, wide or extra wide descriptor that determines the curl size.
Oohh! Its like a new hair adventure, without the hood dryer... yay.
Cheers,
