I recently found this and was wondering if anyone has tried it. Is it effective? It seems to be a color-depositing shampoo.
I have qualms about it being a shampoo. A color-depositing conditioner just makes more sense to me.

I've not tried that brand, but I have used colour depositing shampoos before, purple ones when I was blonde, golden ones over my natural dark blonde/ light brown and various reds. I found them mostly pretty good for a bit of a tint or for refreshing an existing colour. I've never used an unnatural colour one though!
