Hi, I have moved this to the company and product reviews section instead of the Toner FAQ thread.

I have not used this product myself but would like to hear feedback from anyone who has tried it.

I've used this product, and have to say that I was extremely disappointed, especially considering the price of the stuff!  I read loads of reviews before trying it, and they were all really positive, and all gave glowing reviews of it, so I took the plunge and ordered some off eBay (I think it's a biolustre official shop on eBay).  My hair was really badly damaged in streaks at the front because I'd tried to bleach over dyed black hair, damaged to the point that it was breaking off and feeling gummy when wet.
The process itself is really long-winded and awkward.  First you have to wash with their clarifying shampoo, then apply the reconstructor stuff, then blow-dry until your hair is hard and like stone.  Then you have to carefully rinse out your hair (taking care not to break it off where it's so stiff), then wash with the daily maintenance shampoo, then condition.
I didn't see any repair happening with the badly damaged parts, and it left the rest of my hair feeling like it was coated in plastic (which, incidentally, it was! After some more research on the internet, I found out that the active ingredient in biolustre is actually a polymer (yes, that's a plastic compound) which bonds to your hair shaft.)  On the plus side, oil breaks down the polymer bond, so to remove it from your hair, soak your hair in olive oil then wash thoroughly.  You will feel some small plasticy spherical things coming out of your hair, this is the polymer having been broken down and coming out.
I definitely wouldn't buy this again, and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

On the plus side, the hair-sticking-up-stuck-like-glue-and-really-hard-like-a-stone look was really amusing, if incredibly awkward and very difficult to wash out!
Still wouldn't recommend it though!

I'm sure there's a practical joke use for this stuff somewhere, I just have to figure it out, ;D

It had good comedy value, I'll give it that!  Unfortunately, 'make me laugh' is entirely not what the product was supposed to do!
