I have pretty much got white hair, but in along the journey to beautiful white hair my hair isn't in the best of condition.

Has anyone tried reconstructors like joico k-pak, aussie 3 min miracle, or the one I really wanna try aphogee stuff which has keratin in it :3

Joico K-Pak has keratin in it.

I use it once a week and it's seriously amazing.

Aussie 3 Minute Miracle I wasn't impressed with as a reconstructor.  As a deep conditioner, they're really good.

I haven't tried Aphogee, personally.  I found Joico did the trick for me.

K pak is THE most amazing thing for your hair ever!

I agree aussie is good for conditioning, not reconstructing

Aphogee is messy, stinky but good. Although I rate the k pak over this

I love the K Pak reconstructor as well, it is a really good protein treatment and so easy to use and it smells lovely. Hear a lot of good things about aphogee 2 steps but it's supposed to stink and be a pain to use.

Sorry to bump this up again, I've bought the K-Pak reconstructor - so far seems ok, I'll know better in the morning when I wash my conditioner out, now I have no doubt from the posts on here that it is ace....however it is quite pricey, if this is literally the best that I can get then I'll just have to budget for it, but has anyone found anything that is just as good but a little cheaper? Thank you 🙂 x

I got 1litre for £28 I think it was from fabulous smells. Getting a litre defos works out better for me. As I could only get a couple of treatments from the 150ml.

Cheers Pippa - I'm rubbish with measurements etc but I knew that 150ml would be small - but I have realised I'll probably get two more treatments out of it - how long is the litre one lasting for you?

I also hate the smell of it, but my deep condioners seem to sort that out ha ha! x

My favourite is Kerastase Forcintense 🙂 at £26.90 for three treatments, it's bloody pricey, but the three treatments you get are pretty much all you need 🙂

Hello

Joico K-PAK Deep Penetrating Reconstructor is incredible.

I also use the following treatments on my severly damaged bleached hair and these work very well also.

Kérastase Masquintense
L'Oréal Professionnel Intense Repair
