best overnight conditioning treatment?

I have FRAZZLED my hair, and I need to find something to fix it quick without stripping out too much colour (Joico by the way is like a full on dye stripper for me) so I'm looking for any recommendations for stuff I can put in my hair overnight and wash out in the morning.  Not kidding on how bad it is.. it feels like a birds nest.  in fact I think birds wouldn't nest in it because it's so wiry they'd hurt their bums.

i've only ever used one, and that was from AVON, it worked a treat, but it's one you don't wash off after. it's in a gold tub, not sure if they still do it but it was quite cheap so πŸ™‚ but i think Aussie do overnight conditioners and whatnot πŸ™‚

or, if you have just a thick conditioner, for now, you could just lather up your hair in that and sleep with it in a shower cap? (anything can help, right? xD)

Henna wax πŸ™‚ you can buy if for about 4 quid a tub at sally's....

If you need a protein treatmeant then I really would suggest Kpak, or Aphogee.... and scew the colour you need to focus on condition right now..... if it all breaks off you'll have no hair to colour anyway.

I'm using a pantene over night conditioner that you don't wash out. Comes in a white and blue bottle, so far it's really helping. My hair feels a tonne softer.
