I've really not been kind to my hair this year, too much bleach and too much dying, so I read about the thread on reconstructers and thought I'd try that, however when your permanently skint like I am fortking out £10+ isn't an option.
So off I went looking for an alternative and came across Aussie, if you look for it it is sometimes labled under deep conditioner or reconstructor, it being cheap (about £4) I wasn't expecting much. Although I've been pleasantly surprised, after using this twice my hair is a lot softer, less dry and brittle so big thankyou to Aussie and a really good cheap alt to j-pac. Big thumbs up!

I loved this product. I don't know why I stopped using it. It's on my list now!

The 3 min reconstructor is amazing, but I hate the smell of it!

I think they all smell the same, but not totally sure. The reconstructor smell is not gross or anything, I'm just not a fan of it 🙂  I prefer the smell of Tresemme.

It's been ages since I used Aussie, from what I remember it's extremely sweet smelling, it kind of put me off too. I like things to smell sweet but if it's the one I'm thinking of it was way too much treacle for me lol!

Me too! I used the reconstructor this morning and my hair now smells like bubblegum or something - a bit too sickly. I can put up with it now and again, but not every day.
