a good shampoo and conditioner treatment for damaged dry hair

my nan bought me these in a large beauty set for christmas and im completely amazed with how effective they are! my hair is literally shiny and silky again

and lastly a body butter for the skin:

i know this is for skin but its pure shea butter so i thought id stick it in my hair anyway

what i did was saturate my hair in shea butter for 3 hours then washed it off with the collagen shampoo (left the shampoo sat on my head for 5 mins) then washed that out making sure my hair was sopping wet and coated my hair in the argon moisture seal conditioner for half an hour. i let that sit and washed it out and air dried and my hair feels like silk and swishes about when i move again instead of hanging stiffly
