I've been wanting teal hair for over 2 months now but there are limited colors of semi permanent hair dye available in my country and there is no way I'd bleach my hair to level 10 after I almost fried it the last time. so here's what i did.
I bleached my hair up to level 8 (it took me 3 bleaching sessions) and bought Manic Panic Amplified Mega blue. I mixed about 3 parts dye with 1 part conditioner. left it for over 3 hours. and VIOLA! 🙂
