Okay, so I posted about finally getting my pink out a few weeks ago. I decided the time was right to dye my hair blue! This was about a week ago.
First, I had to bleach my bangs. The bottom of my hair was already blonde, so I didn't want to damage it more. I was surprised when I took the bleach out to see that PINK WAS STILL IN MY BANGS! It's at the tip of my bangs on the right side, haha.
The first picture down there is the result of the bleach. VVVVV
Then I put the SFX Electric Blue dye in with the help of my sister (who was re-dying her hair with Nuclear Red that night) and kept it in all night... The result is the second picture down there! VVV
I'm happy to finally have blue hair! The bottom of my hair is starting to turn purple due to some left-over pink, but it's a very pretty purple! YAY!

It looks so nice. I've always wanted to try Electric Blue but it's hard for me to come buy. It looks great on you.

Thank you! I used Beyond the Zone's Green and After Midnight Blue (which they discontinued! 🙁 ). What you see in my avatar is a combination of run off of the green and blue mixing and about three washes worth of fade.

I really like Blue Haired Freak! It sounds like you're going for a darker blue, though, so I think Blue Velvet is the best! Electric Blue is a lot lighter than you think, and it turns purple. Although it is a VERY pretty purple, I think Blue Velvet will stay true to blue more. (I think it does turn purple, though.)
