Will toner help?

Hello
I always went to professional hair salons but since my last visit didn't go really well (she made me darker than I wanted and when I came to go back she told me it would take a lot of visits and gave me highlights)
So since then I bleach my hair at home but the thing is that I took it off too soon and now Im left with weird multicoloured hair.So I was wondering that I would buy the loreal dialight 10.13 toner and I hoped it would make my hair platinum again all over.
But I have a few questions because my hair has been bullied for long time so I would rather ask people who know what are they doing.
1.Is the bleached part light enough to be toned?
2.If I put toner everywhere(on the highlighted parts, on the bleached and the light blonde) is it going to be one color? I want to even out the color
I am adding a picture of my hair and I would like to achieve.
The first two photos are my main concerns. The bottom one is what the hairdresser did but since its in the bottom I can live with that.
I am grateful for every response.

1, It's really not easy to tell from the photo. I'd say yes, but as I can't see any context to lighting etc in the photo (which changes tones of hair in photos) then I can't say for sure. It looks like you've used a flash on the first two and that makes it even harder I'm afraid.

2, No. the lighter bits will go lighter to possibly lilac (depending how pale it actually is) and the darker parts will stay darker and more yellow toned.

Personally, I hate the "permanent" toners. They're never permanent and they're a lot more damaging than normal dyes as they normally have a high ammonia content. Purple shampoo is just as effective and much more easy to gradually build to a colour you like.

Thank you a lot
Ill probably try putting the purple shampoo on my darker parts to even it out and then Ill decide what are going to be the next steps πŸ™‚
