White hair

You need a very good bleach and the developer should not be above 30 vol but it can be any generic one. For bleach powder, I like BlondeMe or Blondor. I have very dark brown hair too and those bleaches with 30 vol in winter or 20 vol in summer get me to a pretty pale blonde.

Also, bleach from 1.5cm the roots down to the tips and do the roots after the lengths get to orangy to try and avoid white blonde roots and golden yellow lengths because you will never get it to tone properly.

Once it's pale blonde, but NOT white, use a silver shampoo and leave it for 5 mins. If it's still too yellow when it's dried, do it again and keep doing it until it's taken on that silver tone. If it goes lilac just wash it a few times. It should take on the silver tone then. You might be very unlucky like me though and just not be able to get that white/silver tone if you have too much yellow in your hair. No way to tell until you try unfortunately. Though, if you're comfortable with it you could cut off a small amount from somewhere it won't show and do a strand test.

It won't look just like the photo though. That's either natural or sprayed on silver/grey. It has more of a salt and pepper look than you can ever get dying.

If it was still yellowish or bronzie couldn't I use a toner like Virgin Snow to help take that out?

Also would it be safer to do it periodically, Bleach it one day until it's as light as possible in 40 mins and tone it with a toner and wash with toning shampoo and conditioner and bleach again in two weeks for so that I can progressively work towards it without as close to minimal damage as possible. Also I would still be using coconut oil in my hair every night.

Do you have any opinions on Purple Shampoo?

Although these are things that I know for platinum white. And somehow until you mentioned it I didn't see it was slightly dark white. I wanna learn as the tips, tricks and way to do this

Bronze or any orange tones is definitely too dark to get white/silver no matter what type of toner you use. It has to be pale yellow. Virgin snow isn’t very good anyway, but that definitely needs a very pale yellow to do anything. Purple shampoo is much more cost effective and works better on slightly darker yellow.

One bleach might be enough, but if it’s not then you need to wait a month. At that point you’ll probably just need to do a bleach bath. You should never really do a full bleach over already bleached hair, though I know many do, including myself on occasion. I’ve nearly always regretted it though 🙂

I like Bonacure silver shampoo or A Touch of Silver shampoo. But most are ok.

I know they would have to be pretty light blonde to tone. I also had a lot of doubt towards virgin snow. Not sure why but it didn't seem like it would do as well as people say. It seems like Shimmering Lights is pretty good as I haven't really heard a bad thing about it.
