So I have my hair parted exactly the way needs to be. I nearly think it should be a rule, my strategy on parting.
Soooooo Where should I start bleaching?
Big parts, little parts... does it matter?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean but I never really follow my part when I do something to my hair. When I dyed it all I just combed my hair towards the back and away from my face as if I had to tie it up in a ponytail and tried to apply hairdye everywhere. I'd follow parts only if I had to dye different layers with different colours

For bleaching you want small sections so you are certain each hair gets saturated. Generally start at the back of your head (if you are doing the whole head) where the hair is darkest.
