I'm going to go get my product tonight. What volume of peroxide for the bleach bath should I use? Hairs a little dry but not in terrible condition. It's thick. Here's the current color

P.s. I look pretty rugged. Just got off work and hair is super dirty lol

What is your goal colour? Always go for the lowest vol peroxide possible, definitely no higher than 20 vol

It already looks dark blonde/light brown to me, I don't think it needs bleaching further, unless it is much darker/more orange in real life

It's uh.... Pretty orange lol. Also, stupid question - bleach bath instructions say mix 2 parts shampoo, does that mean 2 parts to the whole mixed amount of bleach and peroxide, or 2 parts for developer, 2 parts for powder

Either will work, lots of people mix the bleach then add the same amount of shampoo. Others add the same amount of peroxide as shampoo, which makes it slightly stronger/more effective but also more damaging

So my hair is orange. Where do I go from here?

What did you have before this? Was it dyed?

It was blackish red. Then I did 3 rounds of colorfix, then bleached it last night with a bleach bath

Unfortunately you night be stuck with the red as its likely heavily stained. If I were you I'd just tone down the red to a brown. It might be a bit darker than you wanted, but that's normally better than totally destroyed hair 🙂

It's not really red though. It's more of an orange color

Red, orange, comes from the same place 😉

A diluted blue is what you want. 🙂 A green would still tone out the red, but a blue will work on the yellow and red.

Before you replied I went to Sally's and they gave me wella color charm t18 I believe. It worked quite well and is more blonde. The only problem is my hair is very uneven in color.because its not that easy doing it yourself. But not bad. Now to decide where to go from here.

I lied. It's still orange. Should I tone again?

Your hair is much too dark for those types of toners, it is just unnecessary damage.
You need to add colour now if you are happy with the level of lightness. If you are a level 7 orange (hard to tell from pics) you need to look for level 6 ash browns, ideally with a blue or violet, rather than green, base. Choose a demi (deposit only colour) and a low vol peroxide (lower than 10 vol)
The staff at Sallys ought to be able to help, although they gave you bad advice re the Colour Charm. I can't recommend specific products because US Sally's carry different lines than UK Sallys
If you still want highlights you need to pick them out before you apply the dye, and lighten those areas further.

Is a deposit only a demi? And how can i figure out the base color? Do they even have volumes lower than a 10? How long would I leave the product in for?

Edit: so I took better pics. My hair is fairly light. I'm thinking maybe a 8/9?
