Hi there! I usually use bleach and Wella T18 to dye my hair, but was getting a little bored of it and wanted to use something less damaging this time. I purchased the lightest ash blonde Demi permanent by Wella without doing much research, only to realize now that the tube says to use their "activating lotion" (not a developer). I only have 30 and 20 developer, so my question is do you think it's safe to use the 20, or even dilute it to 10 and use that? Thank you!
