I used Jo baz Max strength a few days ago. I've waited 72 hours, washed three times with clarifying shampoo and rinsed with lots of hot water but the two bleach strand tests I've done have had no effect 🙁 I've used it before without it reoxidising so I don't know why it won't lighten! I've attached a picture of the colour the Jo baz left me with. Can anyone help?
The bleach I used for my strand tests was loreal infinie platine powder and 30vol developer.

It may be that your hair is stained, which is permanent and won't bleach out.
What did you have on it before the JoBazz?
Are you keeping the strand tests warm and covered?

I had it bleached to a dark blonde before then had a permanent light brown over it before the jobaz.
Yeah kept both wrapped up and in a warm towel.
Could the permanent brown have stained then?

Dark dyes can always stain, especially on bleached hair. How many times did you dye it? Do you feel all the colour is out, is your hair now as light or lighter than before you used the JoBazz?

Just once. It did lighten quite a lot, you can see in my avatar it was quite brown and has definitely lightened! Would it be worth doing another jobaz?
