Trying to get to white...Next steps?

So after seeing all these beautiful white tresses, i finally decided to take the plunge. Now because I had Dark brown Virgin hair (that i had grown out from a previous colour) I decided to shell out some cash on a colorist. BIG MISTAKE. She left me orange  and patchy and refused to even out the bleach job.

So to try to rectify the situation I went in with a mixture of purple shampoo and Blue Steel by manic panic and managed to get it to a goldish grey colour (first picture).

Obviously it was too dark to tone so I waited and pampered my hair and then went in with bleach with a 30vol developer and got this yellow blonde and applied a purple hair mask and manic panic blue steel to tone it out (second picture). I have the Wella t18 toner on standby just in case.

But my question is this, what are my next steps from here another bleach sesh, toner? My hair is still in excellent condition (bless genetics) so I can definatley do another bleach sesh but i want to make sure its the right thing to do.

My goal colour is in the third picture (maybe even whiter XD)

I would wait a month and bleach again. Use a really good bleach powder, and a lower vol peroxide as you are bleaching already bleached hair, no higher than 20. You may find you get more lift diluting the 30 vol with shampoo to make it 20 vol.
Soak hair n coconut oil first to help prevent damage and protect your scalp.
I wouldn't use the wella toner personally, it is more damage and is not necessary. You can get a true white blonde without oxidative toners, by using violet dye in conditioner, which is a safer option long term.

Is there a reason why i should wait a month and not a week?
and thanks for the tips about the developer and toner, I already have those lying around so it shouldn't be a problem. Is there a bleach brand you like in particular?

It takes about a month for any damage to start to show. Bleaching again any sooner and you are gambling with the condition of your hair, as you can't accurately judge how damaged it is yet. Remember that bleach damage is cumulative and permanent, so you want to avoid pushing your hair too far.
Your cuticle is unlikely to have fully settled in a week, and your natural oils won't have had time to replenish. Waiting is always better, ideally wait 6-8 weeks between bleach sessions. Rushing the process always ends in disaster (fried hair that breaks off) as going from dark to white is the most difficult transformation. I took a whole year to go from dyed black to white blonde.
I use Matrix light Master; Wella Blondor, Schwarzkopf Blondme, L'oreal infinie platine are also good
