I have now very split and damaged hair and going to cut it soon and I actually want to go for a bold move. But I was wondering if I should try colour b4 on parts of my hair. It's currently red/ginger and I was thinking of having one or more streaks of a different colour in it. But as my hair will be short and I'm only going to use it on small parts of my hair, I will not be needing to use that much. Is it possible to mix half of it and save the rest for a later time?
Is your hair dyed red ginger?
You can mix half and keep the rest, but I don't know how long it would last once opened. It's also pretty tricky to judge half! I've done it when my hair was a bit longer and I needed one and a half packs to cover my hair. I was doing another application after though, so never kept the half pack for longer than a day?

Hi, as you describe your hair as very split and damaged I would suggest not carriying out any chemical processes at this time. In order to enjoy a new style trim of as much of the damage hair as possible and allow the remaining hair time to rest. During the resting phase apply a treatment conditioner such as DGJ handover hair
I am not in favour of keeping unused products that have been previously opened due to any comtaminants that may have entered whilst the product was open. It is best to treat active products as you would fresh food once opened use whilst fresh and do not store etc.
