Stripping brown dye from previously bleached hair. Help!

I need help! My hair has been silver for a while now. I went to a salon recently to fix a rather golden situation on the top of my head. I had gotten my regrowth lightened but not enough so it could be toned. At the salon, they didn't want to lighten it further because I already had some breakage. The stylist told me she would do a root color for me. She explained she would put brown dye over the golden parts just to cover it for about 6 weeks until we could lighten it again. I asked her if we could do black instead since my hair is naturally black and I could get away with growing it out for longer. She insisted brown would look better. I trusted her, despite my instincts. Yet again, I left the salon disappointed. Not only had I had this disgusting brown on the top of my head, she feathered it into the silver so some parts now look beige. I'd rather have the gold strip on the top of my head that I had before than have this atrocity that I have right now. I've been trying to start up a youtube channel and when I filmed a video with my hair in this state it looked disgusting. Help me!!! How can I strip the brown from my head? I want to avoid using bleach again until I have that brown off. All of the brown in the image I attached is hair dye over bleached hair that was probably just a level darker than it needed to be. *ott*

Use a colour remover, it should get all the brown out if it was only recently applied.

Thanks, I think I'll pick one up tomorrow. It was done the day before yesterday and I have washed it since then, I don't know if that somehow makes a difference. Do you think I'll need to bleach it as well? Possibly a bleach bath?

You will need to bleach to get the dark band of roots to the same level as your lengths, but the colour remover should get all the brown out.

There is a slim chance, if she used a permanent dye (which I bet she did), that the darker band might have lifted a smidge more anyway. Might be enough to tone.

Can you get the salon to re do it if you are not happy with the result ?
