Should I Soap Cap Again or Use A High Volume Blonde?

Hi Everybody!

So looooong winded story coming your way!

I am a natural cool toned light blonde and after 24 years of life I decided to dye my hair dark brown (ooups!)

I decided to remove the colour with One N Only and then do 2 soap caps with Quick Blue, Clear Shampoo, 20 Vol, And Olaplex.

I am left with a light Orange red colour (Pictures attached)

So here's my question:

Should I do another soap cap to lighten it or do you think a Wella Gel Permanent HIGH LIFT Hair colour in Frosty Ash will correct it enough?

I am torn and can't decide as I have never used a High Lift colour before!
