Is it possible to save bleach from box to use another time? I can only use box bleach, but when I do root touch-ups, it ends up being to much and I feel that I could easily get away with half of the mix. Can I mix half of the contents in a bowl and save the rest for another time?
I am so jealous for people who can simply just buy a bottle of developer and packets of bleach to use as much as you want and not wast any or use too much.

Yes, as long as you can seal the packet back up somehow it is perfectly safe to store unmixed.

Not as far as I know. Most places I ahve looked cannot ship outside of their country and it is incredible hard for me to find any here.

Try Ebay and Amazon. i wasn't sure if you were allowed to bring peroxide etc into the country, some places don't allow it.

Have you tried bleach packs marketed for highlights or ombre? They tend to have smaller amounts in them.
Otherwise as wicked pixie said, just seal it up well and unmixed. I used to do that before i had a sallys nearby.
