Salmon colored disaster

Backstory: 😓 after being a brunette for a year I decided to go back blonde. In the first half of 2017, I was a platinum blonde like my avi but in August of that year I decided to attempt going back to my natural hair color (level 3). This process entailed using an adore dye in a red shade(can’t remember which) that faded horribly, I then put a semi permanent dark brown dye over. Over the span of 8 months the previously dyed over parts of my hair have faded tremendously to a dull light ashy brown with some of the blonde peaking thru.
Now: I’ve bleached my hair twice and the previously dyed parts have turned a light salmon/peach color but the “new growth” and ends are a gold/yellow color. I guess my question is, how can I get rid of the salmon color so I can tone my hair? Or what dye can I put over that will cover?
