hey , me again
So I've finally done my roots . This is the first time in 3 years I've had root and I bleached them myself with 6%/20vol blue bleach ,
now my question is
I toned my hair with bleach London shampoo after bleaching and my ends went lavender but my roots have stayed a white/pale yellow .. Is this normal or will I need to re-do them in a month ?
I am wanting to be a white blonde to go pastel pink 😍 xx
