regrowth gone pink after bleach

so to start with i had white blonde hair with about 2 months root regrowth

two weeks ago i applied bleach London rose hair dye it didn't take to my level 7 roots which i was aware off before application

i had the colour in my hair for two weeks (faded alot)  before i bleach it ( 10 vol blue bleach) and now my roots have gone peach/pink

i thought that colour b4 would remove and it hasn't help any ideas how i can get my hair all bonde again

ps i did try to cover my whole hair with pink dye to see if it would hide it and nothing would take to the pink/peach roots
