Hiya,
I'm a first time bleacher, and I was wondering if there are any good recommended bleaches I could purchase in the Uk. I have dark brown hair, I'm going to use a hair colours remover to get back to my natural mousy brown hair.
Is the 'Jerome Russell B blonde Powder Bleach' any good?
I have done my research and everything. I'm just a trying to find to find good products to get the best results c:
