I'll let the picture speak for itself...

I bleached it twice, first time with 30 vol and second, with 20 vol with a turquoise/blue toner mixed in. It's pretty damaged, so I'm a little limited in what I'm willing to do. Please please please help D: Any suggestion on how to fix it is extremely welcome.

What don't you like about it?

It's too pale for my skin tone, and it has a green tint to it. I'm really not sure how to fix it, most of the info online addresses orange tints :/

I don't know what blue toner you used, but washing with dandruff or clarifying shampoo may lift the green tint out.
If not you can counteract green with red, so a very dilute red/pink dye or even tomato ketchup can help to neutralise it.
Since you want it darker anyway, a warm blonde toner with golden/orange tones will be your best bet. I don't know what country you are in or what products you have available, but avoid anything that needs mixing with developer. As long as it comes in one bottle it is safe to use.

Thanks so much for the advice!! Should I use the clarifying shampoo/ketchup before toning it again or do one of the two?

Also, should I wait a bit before fiddling with it again? I bleached it on Monday.

I live in Canada πŸ˜›

I would try the shampoo first, (leave it to sit on your head for a while before rinsing, ideally cover it and blast with a hairdryer) it should take all the green out. Then go for the ketchup if it doesn't.
Hair is at its weakest directly after bleaching, so if you can wait a while it would be better. Deep condition afterwards, as clarifying shampoos can be quite drying.
