If you want. But be warned. Permanent isn't really all that permanent, it fades quite quickly on most people and to top up it adds damage continually. You'd be better off continuing using the semi as that's not going to damage.

I use Wella T18 and I find that it fades within 2-3 washes, I also co-wash.
As Janineb said, you'd be better off sticking to a semi. I did suffer breakage from using T18 too often as it requires the use of peroxide.

It is also really high in ammonia, which is particularly damaging on bleached hair
