Ombré back to blonde

Hi All,

I'm naturally dark blonde and have been lightening my hair using box dyes for a number of years now.  I got fed up and recently went to a salon to go ombré, which didn't take very well and had to be done twice for the brown on top to be dark enough! As expected, it faded really quickly to a colour I wasn't keen on in just one wash, and now I'd like to get back to my previous colour but don't know how to go about it! The ends are already the right colour so just need to get rid of the brown!

Any advice? 🙂 many thanks!

Use a colour remover like colourB4 or Jo Bazz. It might affect the colour of the blonde, but it's easy to tone blondes with toners from Superdrug.

Thank you! Should I apply the colour remover all over or just on the top?

Maybe first you can make some sort of highlights?

I believe that becoming blond is a long-term process...
Just don't hurry up and give your hair some rest...
