Newbie going blonde

I am an asian girl with blonde ambition and I need help.

I have long reddish black hair that reaches past my bra strap. I had dyed my hair before using foam colors but I wanted to go full blonde.

So, I had my hair bleached at the salon here in the Philippines last Sunday.  They did a good job. My hair is still soft but there are some breakage and it's in the orange-yellow state (yellow roots and orange everything else). the stylist said I need a second bleaching before they can color it because the red dye is hard to remove and I will go back but only as  a last resort.

I thought maybe I could continue the process at home but to do that I will need your help.

1. What level does my hair need to be to be able to tone it to blonde (I'm aiming for light ash blonde but at this point I just dont want to be stuck with yellow orange hair. )? I have pics for reference. I don't know how light I should go or what my level is.

2. Will bleach bathing help me achieve the correct shade of pale yellow and remove the red tones?

3. Can I bleach bath a week after my first bleaching or can I use color removers and dandruff shampoo to remove the remaining dye?

3. Can I use a Wella t18 or t14 toner to achieve light blonde hair? I asked a DIY group and they said I could use two bottles of t14 plus Ardell Red and Gold corrector on my hair to achieve light blonde without even bleaching it. However I read that orange hair does not tone down. So I don't know if it will work.

I hope you can help me.

1st pic- my hair a week after bleaching

2nd pic- what i want my hair to look like (I'm wearing a wig)

3rd pic- my hair goal (same wig but better lighting)

You can try a color remover. If you had dyed it previously then it is likely to remove some of the darker pigment. After about a week or ten days, You can then bleach bath it. I wouldn't use the wella toners as they are oxidative and will probably damage your hair too much if you already have breakage. You can use purple shampoo to tone yellow out. Or a diluted violet/purple  direct dye in conditioner

There's probably not much pigment left from the boxed foam dyes, they oxidise/fade out fairly quickly.

The yellow roots probably only need one more bleaching however I think that the ends would need two more bleaches for a proper bloned as that orange stage is the hardest to break through. Bleach bath won't be strong enough to do anything. The toner would work on the roots only, the rest of the hair is too dark.

Unless you have access to Olaplex I think you really have to redefine your goal colour if you already have breakage. Over the next months you may notice little pieces from the ends snapping off when you brush it.

It pays to be careful, since I'm sure you don't want to have to cut a lot of damage off. I think if you can cover it with a toner that you do not have to mix with peroxide for the next month or two and see how the hair condition is after that. Something like a cool brown wash-in wash-out that last 8 washes.

After 1-2 months, you'd need to do a full bleach on one strand of hair and see how the colour and condition is. If the amount of lift and the hair condition is still acceptable, then you could proceed to bleaching it all to match the yellow root colour. You'll have to do your roots again as well, avoiding the yellow band where the roots lightened more last time.

I would think that after the second bleach you'd be left with a pale orange that can be toned, but it won't be as light as the wig.

If you do go ahead and bleach straight away, your hair will probably be dry and unmanageable.
