my hair is brassy brownish blonde i want it to get lighter less brass more of a natural or platinum tone what should i do? it will not let me post the photo of my hair 🙁 to big of a file size

Your question is very similar to my issue. If you would like to post a pic just go to picresize.com and make the picture 50 smaller which is the default setting so after adding your picture click continue, then when the next page comes up click "I'm done, resize my pic" button and your picture and save it, you will then be able to post here. That is what I had to do too. You can also search google for a different picture resizer, there are lots of free ones. I would like to see your pic. Wondering if it is similar to mine. Good Luck.

you could either try a toner or some purple shampoo. on my screen your hair looks very brassy so i would go for both.
