I'm trying to change my hair from lime green/neon yellow with about 3 inches of regrowth to silver with rainbow peekaboos and wanted to know the best volume developer for the pulp riot blank color remover packets and I'm wanting to know how to achieve this with the least amount of damage but also should I bleach the regrowth and how would some of yall go about doing this?
