Matrix Light Master ratio

Hello!

I have some Matrix Light Master on the way! I'm wondering about the ratios for mixing it with peroxide. I was using Wella Blondor for a while, but wasn't getting much of a difference from the old stuff I used to use (BBlonde stuff). I read on the Blondor instructions that was possible to mix it 1:2 (bleach:peroxide) and had tried both, to not much of a noticeable difference.

I've heard so many good things about Matrix Light Master and was wondering if a 1:2 or 1:1 mix would give a better lift (as I hadn't seen much of a difference with the Wella Blondor). I've also hear that you can use a lower vol peroxide with it too and still get good results, is this true?

Thanks for reading!

Honestly, no idea. I just mix any bleach by eye so it's the easiest consistency to work with. Not so wet it'll drip and not so thick that it'll dry out. To me that seems the best way to get the best out of bleach.

The instructions on the back of the pack say you can use it 1:1 or 1:2 - I think the only real difference is the texture you'll get.  1:1 will be thicker and more like a paste whereas 1:2 will be more runny.  If you're not sure, mix it up 1:1 to start with then add a bit more peroxide until it's the consistency you want.
