Lighten ginger dyed hair

I'm so sorry if that has been asked before, I've had a mooch through and it mostly seems to be people trying to get rid of ginger! I dye my hair ginger with loreal feria in mango intense copper (74), my natural hair colour is about a mid brown. I'd really love to lighten my hair to a faded/lighter shade of ginger, can anyone give me any advice on how I can do that?

I've attached 2 photos, one is the colour of my hair now, and the other is of what it was over a year ago. I originally bleached my hair with the intention of going blonde, then decided I wanted to be ginger so dyed over the bleach with a ginger hair dye, when it faded it was this light shade of ginger and this is what I want again. (or even lighter)

Many thank yous  πŸ™‚

You should try a colour remover such as decolour remover or colour b4. They are made to remove permanent hair dye and can be used up to three times to get the dye out of your hair. If you're going for a lighter shade but still warm you can probably get to that using colour removers.

Also they're non damaging, but can dry out the hair so make sure to have a good moisturising conditioner on hand πŸ™‚
