So I’ve got my hair to this colour which is a super light blue.
I want to go copper (planning to use direct dyes obvs as my hair is a bit unhappy now!).
Do you guys reckon I need to try to wash out more colour or will it be ok over this? Also attached what I want to end up with!

The pics aren’t showing unfortunately! It depends how light it is, but it should be ok. It might turn out a little browner and darker due to the blue, so it depends how much that will annoy you!

Sorry, it doesn’t! I suspect it’s uploaded on a competitors website.

Edit, Ok, I found it.

That’s too blue still. It’ll be pretty brown on the midlengths to ends.

I tried to link and upload but I couldn’t work it out for some reason! Thanks for hunting it down for me Janineb!

Yes I thought so.

I’ve just bought the Pravana Bye Bye Direct Dye but I’m unsure how damaging this would be on my hair.

It comes with a zero lift developer (still peroxide though), and a “pure Creme Lightener” which the ingredients are: mineral oil, potassium persulfate, ammonium persulfate, sodium metasilicate, guar gum, jojoba seed oil, and coconut oil.

I want to try it but not if it’s going to fry my hair!

What do you think?

Peroxide will damage your hair. It depends on how badly damaged it already is if it will fry it. You never never be sure though sadly!
