Is the Jerome Russell Bblonde cool ash toner any good?

AAAGGHH! don't use it! I'm not sure if i had a bad bottle but it was brown and not violet. it doesn't contain peroxide. Stay away, it turned by hair orangey in places.

i hear you can get some cheap little toners from Superdrug?

I found directions toner worked well it didn't stretch very far. From what I can see either sfx or manic panic's toners seem to be the best

Yep, Superdrug's own brand and Wellas Shaders and toners.  Both can be purchased at Superdrug for about £1.

See I am cursed living in a small town which no longer stocks the small superdrugs brand ash toner...they have EVERY colour appart from the ash blonde one! I dont know why but they just dont, Luckily I have a Sallys nearby but being in the UK I am hoping they might stock some of the American stuff ^^
