How to fix green hair after bleaching?

I apologise if am repeating what someone else has posted here, I couldn't find a post about it.

Well the problem is I rather stupidly bleached my dyed black hair, (I really want dark purple with light purple tones to it) I plastered it on my head as if were hair dye. (Mistake number 1!) Then freaked out at the platinum white roots and orange hair. So I dolloped some semi permanent Plum on my hair (Mistake number 2!) It went purple for a while but then turned green, it looked kind of cool but it wasn't what I wanted. So I decided to buy XXL Live Mystic Purple hair dye. I stupidly bleached my hair again and of course it went completely green, again I freaked out and just threw the box of dye over it and left it at that. (Mistake number 3!)

So as we stand my hair is now a Purple/ pink, greeny, browny orange. I'm not sure what to do now. The annoying part is if i had bleached it right in the first place it would of gone blonde nicely. I was thinking of doing a bleach bath and maybe a vitamin C treatment but I know that will make it green again. Does anyone know how I can get it blonde?  The state of my hair is fine as I've conditioned it like mad with argan oil πŸ™‚

I've heard to put a red toner on, but I have no idea how to use toners or where to look to buy a toner.

Thanks πŸ™‚

Your first mistake was not using a colour remover to get the old black dye out. That would be the logical next step now, to get the old dyes out and see what your base is. You may need to do more than one, but colour removers aren't damaging, just drying.
A pic of your current colour would really help.
Are you still aiming for a dark purple with light purple highlights? Or do you want blonde?

I was told to go bright colours you need to be some sort of blonde? My natural base is a dirty blonde I've never liked it much, so always dyed it dark until I bleached it for the red. I can't get a pic right now. But imagine a purply pink at the roots then it goes matchy green and light orangey brown. (My hair is shoulder length.) I really want the deep purple but have no idea how to get my hair one stable colour let alone purple haha!

You definitely need to use a colour remover, to try and get the ends lighter.
You don't need a pale blonde base for a dark purple, a good direct dye like Special effect Deep Purple will take well over a gold base. You need to work on getting it even first.

It will definitely help, you may need several rounds to get as much out as possible. If the hair is stained from the black dye then nothing will get that out, not even bleach. Staining is more likely with dark dyes over a bleached base, but with colour remover you should be able to get to a copper colour at least.
