Hey πŸ™‚ First of all ,my hair is dark brown...Today I asked the customer working on the hair dye area "I want to get an green ombre what bleach should  I use?"I told her I don't want my hair to be orange and all she said is that "keep it on your hair longer" and she gave me a 40 and 30 vol developer(Idk I think that's too much) I have virgin hair so I am terrified to use it...Tell me your opinion and any advise?

ALSO I asked for a toner and she said that she doesn't know what a toner is...I tried explaining and she said that she doesn't have any idea...

Can you post a hit of your hair colour as it is now?

Return the 40 vol. it's way too strong and potentially dangerous for your hair and scalp.

30 vol will be more than enough and 20 vol could well be enough if you have a good bleach powder. What powder do you have?

Where was this you got it from? My guess is Boots if you're in the UK as they didn't know what toner is.

Bleaching will definitely affect your curl pattern, if the curls are a priority do a strand test to see if you will be happy with the result. You should do a strand test anyway to check for lift and timing.

Yeah, it's going to affect the curl pattern. It always does. Not really sure you could sue anyone for that...

I don't know the shop or bleach brand unfortunately, but in most beauty shops around, not everyone (if anyone) is actually trained in hairdressing. I can't say if it's a good bleach brand, so it's hard to say if you'll need 20 or 30 vol. as the photo isn't showing, what colour is your hair?

It'll have loosened the curl, it always does. You don't have to believe me, but it's true πŸ™‚
